A Formal Complaint. A Punishment. A Pattern.

Tomorrow night, Tuesday, June 16th, I will be addressing the Cameron R-1 Board of Education regarding an act of retaliation carried out by Board President Andi Lockridge against me personally — in direct response to a formal complaint I submitted to this board. When I followed district policy and brought a documented concern to the board, Mrs. Lockridge responded to that complaint directly — and embedded within her response was my punishment. She used her reply to inform me that I would no longer receive Zoom meeting notifications going forward. She did not acknowledge the complaint. She did not commit to addressing it. She responded to a citizen’s formal complaint by revoking his access to public meetings.

That is not leadership. That is retaliation — and it is prohibited by the district’s own written policies.

What I am submitting to this board goes beyond one incident. The eight-page document below, taken together with the retaliation claim I will present Tuesday night, tells a larger story — one of intentional policy violations and retaliatory conduct that has defined most of Andi Lockridge’s time as board president. I am making it available here so this community can read it for themselves.
