Constitutional Crisis in Cameron, MO

Previously we have written about the Cameron R-1 school district and Their Contempt for the Constitution. Despite the criticism, they appear to have doubled down and provided more examples of how they do not respect citizens and their civil rights.

First Amendment Auditors Visited the Cameron R-1 Schools

On the afternoon of Friday, October 10, 2025, two First Amendment auditors documented a visit to the Cameron school district central office. In the video from the Lawrence Accountability YouTube page, shared below, you can watch as Michael (Lawrence Accountability) and Justin (The DReaded Rabble Rouser) state they wanted to make requests for public records. Instead of allowing them access to a public building their tax dollars help fund, Assistant Superintendent Dr. Angie Ormsby and the Custodian of Records Gina Bainum stand in the doorway and block their access to the public building. Dr. Ormsby is heard saying “We’re done” and “I would like for you to leave” after Justin asks to go inside to write out his records request. You can see this interaction around the 9-minute mark.

Allegations of Assault by School Resource Officer Palmer

Shortly after Dr. Ormsby tells School Resource Officer Johnny Palmer she would like for Justin to leave you can watch as Palmer steps to Justin and is just inches away. Palmer moves closer and makes contact with Justin in an effort to force him out of the doorway. That interaction and the chaos begin around the 9-minute and 50 second mark. Be sure to continue to watch as two Cameron Police Department officers and two Missouri Highway Patrol troopers responded to the “disturbance”.

So far, only the Lawrence Accountability YouTube channel has posted the lengthy video of this interaction with the Cameron R-1 School district and the local law enforcement. We can clearly see Justin from The DReaded Rabble Rouser channel has a recording device in his hand. We are confident his video will have different conversations not easily heard or seen in this video. If and when that video is made available, we will add it to this page.

Cameron Citizen-Observer editor has been forced to remain silent by the advertising staff & owner to speak about the CSD. John Frighert, city councilman and administer of the Cameron Community Forum has silenced the Common Denominator Network, removed several posts by Mr. Heath Gilbert with Community standards that this video above has vulgar language. Frieghert has not denounced the pornographic books in the school yet suppresses free speech. How is this all possible? The insanity & tyranny of falsehoods, false accusations, on Mr. Heath Gilbert, Mr. Dan Landi and Vinzent Cooper all being ‘banned’ for questioning criminal corruption must come to an end. Protecting the children’s education is their #1 priority. The ministers of the Minister’s Alliance Group along with Tim Harrell of the Assembly of God only want to protect their family members who are teachers in the CSD. Stacey Early, member of BOE & President of the Chamber of Commerce asked Gina Bainum for national attention as her husband threatens a citizen of the area. This behavior of Authoritarian Tyrannical abuse of power MUST COME TO AN END! Fentanyl and sexual assaults being covered up by Superintendent Robinson is criminal and we now ask for TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY! We must love and pray for these sinners but remove their sinning ideology from the halls of the Church of the Dragon to improve GPA’s and RESTRICT books not BAN books! To paraphrase Superintendent Robinson’s words “Our day of reckoning is coming soon.” August 2022. It has only just begun.

    The white guy with dreads is a layabout who lost his kids in a divorce because he goes out in public and makes himself look like an idiot. If you’re thinking about wasting time making yourself look stupid like these ‘first amendment auditors’ did, at least google how trespassing works. You can be trespassed or asked to leave public property by an authorized person. Whoever runs this site is an idiot (and probably a pedophile).

    To whoever is running this site: get a life and find something better to do with your time. The way to make change isn’t anonymously blasting your side of the story onto the internet. Go out and have a conversation with someone in a polite manner. Make a positive impact on people’s lives instead of anonymously slinging mud at people that you know absolutely nothing about.

    Hi, I just watched your guys video and I see that you are well educated and would like to ask what steps I need to take to see if I am able to have public access to reports made on a specific teacher. Do you know if that information is public? And also how do I report an incident my daughter had with a student last Friday?

    As long as all he wanted was records and accountability, why is people like the assistant superintendant keeping these records from them? Everything pertaining to the schools including the board and superintendants and staff should be open, excepting personal information. just wondering how this assistant got a doctorate in education with an attitude like that!
